Study On The Community-based Home Care System For The Elderly In City

With China increasingly accelerating pace of development of the city and gradually facing the serious problem of aging society, how to adjust to the systematic environment, to reform the Chinese old-age security system establishment based on the community government and community home care model for the future of China’s new social security model, has become the tough task for the government on run.In this paper, the main research illustrates that under the aging problem being a serious institutional background, what the government should do to change its basic role in offering the community home-based care services to meet the demand from the increasing senior citizen. Choosing the area of Jiaojiang district Taizhou city Zhejiang province which is the east developed city in China and Tianjiaan district Huainan city Anhui province which is the developing area, their community home-based care services models are being studied based on an analysis of survey data to get to know real senior citizen community home care needs, as well as the various problems that community home care patterns these palaces exposed, and then hope to adjust the role the government is playing in order to improve the system design as well as the implementation of the community home retirement pattern as the old-age security system taking important form to realize the target of whole system.
