Since the reform and opening up,especially since Twentieth Meeting of theNational Public Security Council,China’s public security organs trains a lot ofresearch, explore and try in team building, organizational structure, policeconfiguration. Though the active Standardization of police reform of the mechanismlike the construction of public security information technology, law enforcement, theranks of the public security organs have made substantial progress. With the economicglobalization has led to the globalization of markets, globalization of information,science and technology, globalization, the globalization of crime, the pressure ofsocial progress to the social order, more than ever should be even more severe. ThePolice’s task is more arduous, the problems is more diverse,the level of work, thequality of police force,the Working mechanism in new situation and new tasks areaccepted with a full range of challenges.The tide of the socialist market economy, China has emerged in a number ofoutstanding multinational companies, national enterprises, the globalization ofChinese management philosophy and practice has brought unprecedented change.China human resource management techniques and methods also changeddramatically. How to take advantage of this standardization, modern human resourcemanagement model of scientific and professional to guide the traditional managementof the police contingent is the focus of this paper.First ,take a county level PublicSecurity Bureau team constitutes the status quo to be an example,to point outoutstanding problems that traditional policing resources management, and thendescribes the concept of modern human resources management, focused on policeofficers echelon construction, police academy training, social recruitmenttrainingprograms, career planning and other aspects of police officers to put forward proposals and measures. This article focused on solving some practical problems inthe Police in the management of police resources, recruiting police aimed at usingscientific management methods, improve the quality of the existing team, andestablish a high-quality, high efficiency of the police force.
