Since The Founding Of The Historical Development Of The Construction Of A Harmonious Society Thought

From ancient ideas of’Peacing is precious’,’love all’;to the modern idea of’the unity of the world’, one can see that Chinese people persevered in the construction of a harmonious society. Marx and Engels also had the idea of it, they pointed in their work the Declaration of the Communist that, it would be an association that took place of old bourgeois society filled with classes and class-antagonisms. In the new association, the free development of each would be the condition for everyone’s free development. However, because of historical limitations, the construction of the harmonious society could not be realized.The establishment of the new Chinese government and the socialist systen,had provided political fundament for the construction of a socialist harmonious society. Based on this, Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, and Jiang Zemin as a representative of all previous central leaders have explored tentatively on the construction of a harmonious society, and then Hu Jintao, as the core of central collective leadership has developed and enriched their thoughts and has implemented it as an important strategic decision, thus they have achieved remarkable results. This paper will concentrate on the development of the ideology of the new China to the construction of harmonious society. It aims to draw a historical conducive inspiration to the building of a harmonious society.
