Research On The Communist Party Of China’s Construction Of Ecological Civilization Since The Sixteenth National Congress

The Communist Party of China who focus on the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of economic, social and ecological environment, adhere to the scientific outlook of development and attach importance to environmental protection and economic construction at the same time since the16th National Congress. The17th National Congress reports puts forward the " ecological civilization " strategy goal and takes it as the comprehensive construction of well-off society’s new requirements. The construction of socialist ecological civilization has a profound impact on both China’s development and the paradigm transformation of human civilization.The method of this paper is based on the dialectical materialism and the historical materialism, which conducts a comprehensive and systematic study of the theoretical basis, the realistic basis, development stages, the theoretical system and the implementation path by the integrated use of interdisciplinary knowledge and research methods as well as connecting with the development of the socialist modernization practice. Through careful study,the author recognizes the achievement of the construction of ecological civilization, but also understands the need to improve,thus making some recommendations. It is not only conducive to fully understand the scientific nature, necessity and importance of the CPC’s construction of ecological civilization, as well as the latest progress of the theory, but also to enhance the directivity and purpose of practice.
