Explore On The Feasibility Of Plea Bargaining

The plea bargaining system is an important criminal litigation system in the U.S. This system originated in the U.S. is gradually recognized by countries,which is becoming the judicial practice within the scope of the Wold.In view of saving the judicial cost and improve judicial efficiency, and many other positive significance of this system,some scholars have argued that introducing plea bargaining to our country.But,faced with emerging problems such as judicial efficiency in our country’s the judicial practice,we need to use plea bargain in China’s judicial practice.The main purpose of this paper is coming to the conclusion of that plea bargain in China is feasible,and then further explore the specific steps of introducing the plea bargaining to our,Finally, make recommendations of that plea bargaining in China should be put on hold, the right to silence should first proposal.
