The number of our country rural disabled people is very hug, accounting forabout80%of the total number of the disabled. And nowadays, there is still a problemof food and clothing among the employees, which influents their overcoming hunger,poverty, and gradually getting rich effectively and are highly valued undergovernments at all levels and the relevant departments. In recent years, along with thedevelopment of socialist market economy and the deepening of the reform of theeconomic system, the rural employment for disabled people is the emergence of a newvitality and opportunity, and is confronted with many new problems and newsituations. According to the current rural employment for disabled people, the mainproblems are that the level of the rural employment for disabled people is difficult toascend, the employment ability to difficult to improve, and the employment structureis unlikely to improve.Compared with western countries, the study of employment of disabled people inChina carries out late, and the main research object is generally focused on the townon the employment, lacking of the concern of rural employment of the disabledpeople. At the same time, the perspective of the theory among the current employmentof disabled academic research also needs to be expanded. The western developedcountries of the disabled security field have been to prevail the individual model ofdisability, but it leads to suspicion and mistrust to the disabled person of the abilityunder the influence of the society. And what reflected in the employment problem isthe attitude of healthy members of social model of disability is discrimination, whichresults in the failure of helping the disabled achieve social activities "equality,participation, sharing". The individual model of disability is the main reason why theemployment of rural disabled people is so difficult. However, the theory of social type that leads to disabled is different. It believes that the reason which causes disabledpersons unable to participate in social activities, to produce social stigma is the socialenvironment. And it refers to the deterioration of participation in social ability, givecorresponding treatment, and to achieve the purpose of legal protection in the disabledfield. Overall, it can be seen that it helps to boost rural employment of the disabledpeople level, improve the rural employment of the disabled people ability, andimprove the structure of the employment of the disabled people from societydisability view.According to the theory of social model of disability defect the suitable directionfor Chinese rural disabled employment security policy development can be concluded,namely the introduction of the multiple main body of security. Though buildinggovernment, society, grassroots organizations, as well as individual four party,three-dimensional model of development, and all-round mobilization, we canestablish the socialization employment security mechanism of disabled people in ruralareas. To establish the rural employment guarantee system of the disabledconstruction, we should depend on government who guides rural employment fordisabled people and social forces who mobilize the development of rural employmentfor disabled people, and strengthen the construction of grass-roots organization ofrural employment for disabled people, discovering their unique advantages of ruralemployment for disabled people.
