On The Value Of Moral Building To Social Management

Since the foundation of our country, to explore and seek a practical statecraft, we have to "wade across the stream by feeling the way", as we say in Chinese. Through continuous innovation and improvement, the model of social management in China has been gradually transformed from the one-government management model into a public governance model, which composed by the leadership of the party, the management of the government, the coordination of societies and the participation of the publics. With the continuous deepening reform and researches of the process for social management, the government and the Party have also gradually realized the significance of strengthening the moral building and innovation of social software management. Through the understanding, regulation, education, evaluation and balance of the moral building, it can provide a yardstick and norm for people’s common life and daily behavior. Meanwhile, it can correctly guide the people’s spiritual world, so as to achieve the inner identity of social management and promote the smooth progress of social management. The present thesis gives a specific study on the intrinsic link between moral building and the social management. The author describes the different circumstances of social management under the moral anomie and moral builds. It poses that through strengthening the moral building to achieve the innovation of social software management and give full play to the role of "soft power" in social management, through which the effectiveness and the combination of hard and soft of the social management will be maintained.The moral standard is the most significant value for national prosperities. The strengthening of moral building can not only improve people’s quality of life, but also improve people’s physical and mental qualities to promote a comprehensive development. The moral construction is not only an important part of socialist spiritual civilization, but also the internal force for the social management.
