Trial grade system is not only the restriction mechanism of judgment and supervision inside the court, but also the safeguard mechanism to ensure cases be heard fairly and justly. The confirmation of trial grade system plays an important role in civil procedure. At present, trial grade system of civil procedure in our country is two-instance system, however, as the booming of the economy, current trial grade system is no longer suitable for the present economic development, as a result of which, it is imperative to reform it.This thesis first parses the concept and significance of trial grade system, with the comparison of the systems abroad, explicates the development history of current two-instance system in our country and the problems it may bring about, and then analyzes the feasibility of three-tiered system on the basis of the previous study, finally proposes the conception for building it specifically.The first chapter serves as the basic part. First of all, it elaborates the concept and significance of trial grade system and discusses the basic relationship between this system and civil procedure idea, providing the theoretical support for the following text.The second chapter serves as the historically comparative part. This chapter mainly analyzes the development history and the present problems of two-instance system at home, laying the groundwork for perfecting trial grade system in the following text.The third chapter serves as the comparative part. This chapter primarily compares the differences between most western countries and our country with regard to trial grade system, providing some enlightenment to our country as well.The fourth chapter serves as the analytical part. This chapter chiefly analyzes the feasibility of the three-tiered system in our country.The fifth chapter serves as the ideational part. Through comparison and analysis from the second to fourth chapter, summarizes how to build three-tiered system.
