The first part identifies the definition of forfatingbusiness, the sorts of bill used in forfaiting business and the act of bill that will bediscussed in this paper. Part two, part three, part four and part five respectively analysethe particularities of the issue, endorse, acceptance, guarantee of bill in forfaitingbusiness. Basesd on the analysis above,the sixth part discusses the bill risk caused by theparticularities of act of bill in forfaiting business and gives targeted risk prevention andcontrol measures, hopefully improving the theory and practice of the forfaiting business ofour country.
