Chinese criminal law has not yet clearly defined Indirect Criminal,but IndirectCriminal caused widespread concern in the proceed Chinese criminal law theory andjudicial practice,and has been used in practice.The act to execuye Indirect Criminal also isa complex problem, to clarify that is of great significance in conviction and sentencing.The paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the concept and nature of IndirectCriminal. About kinds of theories on Indirect Criminal concept, as well as IndirectCriminal’s basic characteristics, define Indirect Criminal’s concept and discuss theprincipal offender the nature of the indirect guilt. The second part is the range of IndirectCrimina was established. Indirect Accomplice limited to:use criminal responsibility tocommit the crime; the legality behavior of others to commit the crime; the negligence ofothers to commit the crime; intentional purpose or intentional identity tool to commit thecrime; others self-harm behavior commit the crime. The third part is the behavior of theimplementation of the Indirect Crimina.
