Research On The Needs And The Soiution Analysis Of The Elderly Service In Urban Community

As the economic development and the social progress, the trend of population aging is more and more obvious, the elderly population has become a group that we cannot ignore. On the contrary, family support functions are weakening all the time and the development of the Social institution for aged cannot meet the needs of Rapid growth of elderly population. So traditional family pension and institutional pension are facing tough challenges. In this context, community aged care service as a new way of pension has the necessity to practice and most cities in China has gradually implemented. However,the development of community care service is far from perfect, there are many problems.In this paper, we have based on community services in order to establish a reasonable system of community care service. Define the Responsibility of community service in the old-age security and chose the communities of Qingdao as a case. The demand and supply of community care services in Qingdao have many problems. I adopt the methods of comparative analysis and field survey to analyze the Status of Urban Community Support. At the same time, learn the successful experience of community pension services from foreign developed countries and then raise right suggestion for Community Support in Qingdao. In regard to meet the aging society to resolve various of social contradictions and build a harmonious society have an important theoretical and practical significance.
