Legal research is the process of vision and thinking constantly shuttling between law and practice of the course. The villager autonomy is the our country socialist democracy at the grassroots level in the great practice of democracy and rights, is a revolutionary progress. In the rule of law under the background of villagers’ autonomy, in-depth study of the law has a profound theoretical and practical significance. In2010October, the NPC Standing Committee revised " the people’s Republic of China Law of Villager Committee Organization". For more than a year, we have gained new success but also found in many outstanding issues. In this paper, the author will use the positivist jurisprudence, sociological jurisprudence, legal norm and so on many kinds of research method of law,combine personal research results to our country current villager autonomy law to conduct a more comprehensive comb by comparison, classification, inductive, deductive logic method, and the Marx doctrine theory of democracy and law under the guidance of the theory presented the views or opinions.In this paper, there are three parts, about thirty thousand characters:the introduction, text and appendix. The text includes three chapters.Based on the investigation data, first of all, the author reveals five problems, such as the region difference, social misunderstanding, legal system construction, autonomous operation of various segments, and so on. Secondly, in view of these problems, the author makes a detailed legal analysis, and then put forward a sound village autonomous legal system. Finally, the author draws the conclusion.In addition, the appendix contains the author the survey questionnaire and statistical results, as the reference for practice.
