In the third part, I briefly introduced the relief system of mass torts in the United States, Germany and Japan, and provide advanced experience to perfect our country’s diversified relief mechanism of mass torts. In the forth part, I demonstrates various system of mass torts damage relief, and put forward to establish mass torts diversified relief mechanism by the lawsuit system as primarily, the liability insurance as the forerunner, the compensation fund mode and the government relief system for added, to provide the most effective remedy for mass tort victims, promote the development of harmonious society.
