The purpose of this research is based on the D village’s budget book (from1973to2003), attempts by "seeing a small" to reveal Chinese state regime construction’s history and political connotation.Through the D village village income changes, we can vaguely found, the country’s political penetration ability is gradually declining. At the same time, D villege’s economic, political autonomy is promoting as well as the national and social interaction way present diversified characteristics.This is the basic track of our country’s state regime construction changes in nearly30years. Although, the decline of national power and the promotion of grassroots social’s autonomous ability make the country into a "dilemma". The state and grassroots socials’"Encompassing interest" will affect the country’s rational choice and determines rural social development direction.
