Social Security has developed into a basic human and civil rights, namely the right tosocial security. The right to social security is during the process of survive and ofdevelopment, due to the dignity of the human being, we obtained the material from the stateand society help and other forms of services to meet their basic survival, improve quality oflife and even enjoy the general welfare of the community needs rights. Every citizen shouldbe equitable access to the right.However, the growing prosperity of the era of China national power, rapid nationalenterprises growning up, the international labor exchange developed, frequent output of thelabor force in the international market. To achieve aim of the efficient allocation of labor, toease the pressure on domestic employment, and improving the workers’ income at the sametime, have to admit that the Chinese exported labor in the international labor market, do nothave good protection for the right to social security.Study from the internatonal Chinese flight attendents’ perspective, we analyzed anddiscussed the problems of the right to social security, and this extended to a wider angle inthe research of the right to social security of China export labors, combined with theadvanced experience of the labor-exporting countries, put forward suggestions and solutionsfor the problems of our country at this stage.Commence from the introduction, the article first introduced the summarizes, researchmethods, as well as the innovation points. Then, in Chapter II, a comprehensive overview ofthe concept of the right to social security on the theoretical basis of this article.
