In China,the second half of17th century is extremely unique period. Absolute monarchy reached the peak, and make a revolution to itself by violence. Some excellent thinkers emerged under such a complicated background. their opinion about the fate of country, the rise and fall of nation, the tradition of thoughts, and the updates of culture trigger a brain storm. HuangZongxi is one of them.The main reason why people study Huangzongxi’s thoughts of politics and laws for over hundred years is:First of all, Huang Zongxi’s criticize of absolute monarchy have Irrefutably Profound, His thoughts "functionize the monarchy" gives normal person a higher position. Second, his"doctrine of separation of powers "has fully systematicness. based on his criticize about monarch centralization,he divided the power in a possible way. which can change the inadequacies of monarch centralization.Third,his Decentralization thoughts had a historical coincidence with democracy pratice. the democracy ininiator mixed his thoughts with western democracy thoughts, which will be more easily to accept by tradition peopleThe essay is divided into four parts:the first part will discuss the history background when huangszongxi had his Decentralization thoughts, consider his experience in the anti-establishment waves at late Ming Dynasty,try to get a real process from the thoughts’ germination to formation.
