What this article talks about is the road traffic control, it is an administrative authority of the law enjoyed by the traffic administrative department of the Ministry of Public Security on public transport safety management. With the rapid development of China’s national economy and the accelerated process of urbanization, the urban road traffic conditions is getting complexity, especially the very serious problem of traffic congestion. As a kind of compulsory administrative measures, traffic control plays an important role in the flow of traffic, to improve the passage of road traffic order. In practice, however, there are a number of solved problems, through the in-depth analysis of road traffic control development of the history and current situation for the current traffic management work, putting forward the relevant basic idea of laws regulation system against the main problem, and give a focus of discussion in detail with the corresponding system of road traffic control.
