However, some issues are exposed when the compulsory third party liability motor vehicle insurance is being carried, such as the complexity of compensation, low compensation for victim, and imperfection of assistance funding system, requiring continuous amendment from the government. This paper researches the aspect of compensation in motor vehicle compulsory insurance in traffic accidents, mainly analyzing the defaults of the compensation system of motor vehicle compulsory insurance in traffic accidents, putting forward some suggestions aiming at problems in our country while making reference to and learning from lawmaking abroad.
