In the last few years, the Credit card has become an established media for business. Nevertheless, an unhealthy environment results in the occurrence of many credit card disputes, which not only impair the credit of the bank, but also affect the finical orders. With the globalization of economy, legal systems are under pressure for change bringing an uncertain liability environment with them. So, we must establish a legal system and use a superb analytical skills, financial strength and resilience to secure the Credit card industry.My intent is to concentrate on practical applications from a "how to" prospective. So, this article studies on some key questions of Credit card. There are five chapters in my article.Chapter one is introduction, this part focuses on current legislation and two primary types.Chapter two focuses on the legal relation of Credit card and the ownership of bank deposit.I summarized the legal relation of Credit card, including the bank, the credit owner and the Special nominated supplier. I discussed the interrelationships between them and the ownership of bank deposit.Chapter three focuses on liability for breach of contract. In this chapter my discussion will focus on the liability for breach.This chapter is the key part of the article, so I selected many legal problems and tried to take a more holistic view of the Credit card, such as the subject of civil liability, obligation, and doctrine of liability fixation and so on.Chapter four focuses on Violating the creditor’s rights system’s determination by the third person.The write engaged in analyzing of the depositors’due, and asked whether had been a deprivation of property interest.Chapter five, the writer will have a discussion on the risks embedded in the credit card industry and some of the tools that we believed are important to manage those risks.After then, I will have a discussion on the structure of the method and give some resolutions or legal proposals.
