The number of academic research literature reflects the importance of quantitative indicators.2010, Marriage Law of China has promulgated30years. During this period, study of Marriage Law, like other branches of civil law, made great achievements. From1980to2010, there are6743articles for the Marriage Law of the professional literature as the theme, of which there are more than3000are research paper. September1980, China’s newly enacted the "Marriage Law", and the research of Marriage Law also will be entering a new era. After reform and opening up, it is also a new chance for Marriage Law research. Scholars" attention of a substantial increase in Marriage When the Marriage Law revised. The amount of the literature is increasing, from teen’s to hundreds even thousands. To analysis and grasp the status and trends of Marriage Law more accurately, comprehensively and objectively, this article uses the research method of quantitative analysis, which use Mathematical method to analysis the articles on law by quantity. When we analysis all the literature during near30years on Marriage Law, we may find that the development of Marriage Law makes modifying and implement as an opportunity, and from1980s on, the research of Marriage Law has made great progress. They are:(1) the increasing staff;(2) a large number of publications;(3) Increase in the number theory and to strengthen the research base;(4) large numbers of academic mission. During30years, Marriage Law scholars, on the basis of their interest, use the existing strengths to make the in-depth study, which the academic issues is not just in the Marriage Law area, but in the Civil Law area. The period of Marriage Law research can be divided into three stages:1978—1995.12,1995.12—2002.8,2002.8up to now. This article calculates the data of the articles in our near30years" Marriage Law issues from four perspectives:quantity, journals, authors and themes. It’s expected to make any benefit to the research and the development of Marriage Law, even Civil Law in China. It is found that there is still something to be improved in Chinese Marriage Law. There are some search objectives to be clear, and The level of research has great potential to be developed. In all, this study is of great significance in theory and practice.
