A Research On Labor Union In Defending Rightsof The Migrant Worker

Migrant workers, a special group in China’s social transition, have made great contribution to China’s socialist modernization, and become the indispensable force team to construct for China’s economic and social development, they have become a new part of our country’s working class. However the phenomena of violating their rights and interests nowadays are so severe that it becomes an obstacle towards our purpose of building a harmonious society of socialism. Our labor union organization is an organization under the leadership of the communist Party, whose basic function is to safeguard Peoples’lawful rights and interests. Migrant workers in China is a Part of the industrial workers, so the labor union should Protect their rights. But the labor union presently shows some inadaptability in this aspect. This Paper attempts to analysis migrant workers class attribute and the characteristics of the labor union, then expounds the necessity and feasibility of union to Protect their rights. And is closely linked the interests of migrant workers in Fuzhou to maintain the status quo and Fuzhou City union rights and interests of migrant workers in the maintenance of the role of analysis of the current Fuzhou union rights and interests of migrant workers in the maintenance of existing problems and causes, in analyzing the problems of migrant workers rights and interests of based on the study of labor union in maintenance rights and interests of migrant workers should play a role in theoretical analysis and to propose labor union rights and interests of migrant workers in the maintenance of organizational change and development approach.This paper will divided into five parts to prove the point. In chapter one, in addition to the presentation of topics with the source of meaning, Introduction also summarizes the related materials, putting forward ideas and methods. The second chapter defines the class nature of labor union and emigrant workers. The third chapter analysis the reasons why migrant workers’rights are violated by game theory. Chapter4mainly analyses the current situation on Fuzhou labor union’s maintenance the rights and interests of migrant workers. It firstly introduces the main ways of Fuzhou labor unions in maintenance the rights and interests of migrant workers as well as their effects. Then analyses main reasons resulting to confusion in labor unions’maintenance the rights and interests of migrant workers, pointing out the major hazard and phenomena of labor unions’improper maintenance act. The last part puts forward policy and suggestion on how to better labor unions’function in protecting migrant workers’ rights and interests based on the analysis mentioned above.
