Then it inquires the contentdeeply and analyses the main body of our nation’s patients’ right to informed consentwith rules and regulations in force and cases infact particularly. In this paper, the patientis the most important body, and the substitute person is also the important body. It alsoanalyses the consent ability in theory and practice. We should import the otherdeveloped countries’ advanced theory and let the patients exercise the right of healthyby themselves.In addition, doctors’ inform obligation is essential,too. But there also has lots oftheoretical deficiency, and is short of rules and regulations. For example, thestandard,content,way of inform is too general, which bring about lots of hinder topatients. So we should improve the doctors’ informed obligation, only in this way canthe patients get the better protection.
