With the development of the stock market, trust management is a new mode ofcapital management emerge as the times require, trust management practice in legalissues have surfaced, Academic circles have divergent conclusions. Only when wesolute these legal problems,can we have the more development of the stock market andorderly investment environment.The author researches the trust management from these aspects:the people whoparticipate in the trust management,the contract,the accounts and the practice of trustmanagement cases.The research focusing on the qualifications,rights and obligations ofthe trustor, trustee and the supervisor,the essence and the effect of the contract, theclassification and the ownership of the accounts,the effect of the guarantee by thestock accounts, the proceedings of the case of the trust management and the principle ofsharing the obligation.The author hope to help the practice of the trust management bythe theories in her thesis.
