Chineselegislation makes a provision to formal admissions, but there are many shortcomings.So it is necessary to study and perfect the formal admissions if formal admissionssystem is made to play an important role in litigation. The author explores the defect offormal admissions through reading abundance of document literatures, referring to thelegislation of domestic formal admissions and abroad, analyzing and researching relatedcases. Author finally poses a proposal to perfect formal admissions through detailing thelegislation aspect of formal admissions and related system aspects of law of civilactions.
