Theory Of Contemporary China Judges Professionalization

As the judicial reform moves into the overall progress, the extent of the judges’profession becomes increasingly deepened, then the requirements for the judges arepulled to a much higer level. Implementing the judges’ professionalism is essential tospeed up the construction of a modern country ruled by law. Starting from theperspective of the legal profession characteristics, this paper wants to redefine themeaning of judges professionalism, combining the professional achievements and theproblems of the last ten years since the proposion was brought, describes the importanceof judges’ profession, and talks about how to improve the professional quality of judges,and how to achieve the independence of the judiciary. At the same time, building judges’professionalism can also bring the law to the public, and help to improve the level of theJudicial civilization. Therfore bringing all sectors of society involved in the constructionof the country under the rule of law can play a new chapter in the construction of thecountry ruled by law.
