The Chinese textile industry has a long history, and it plays an irreplaceable role ofthe development of national economy. As obvious advantages of products, In thispaper，trade disputes between China and other countries in the international markethappen so often. based on the development of the legal system and the internationaltextile process, it expounds the development of Chinese textile products under theselegal regulation, introduces Chinese promises about textiles introduced in the process ofaccession to the world trade organization, which formed two legal files: Report of theWorking Party on the Accession of China242；Protocol on the Accession of People, sRepublic of China. Finally, take the European Union and the United States for example,introduce the developing textile dispute of China and the main countries. In the newinternational trade situation, solutions are put forward to resolve these problems ofChinese textile products, and relay on legal countermeasures, both economic policy anddiplomatic policy are put forward too.
