The Analysis Of The Right System Of Economic Rights

Economic rights, an important part of copyright, are always changingwith the development of scientific technology and utilization methods. Ifwe can build a right system of the economic rights to gain a strategicallyadvantageous position to grasp the present rights and future rights that mayarise, it will be beneficial to the study of copyright law, even to the wholestudy of intellectual property law.This article works on the research of economic rights, divided intofive parts:The first part is the introduction, proposing the topic;The second part includes the explanations of the main conceptsinvolved in this article and a summarization of several representativeperspectives in and abroad;The third part is the subject of this article, trying to build a rightsystem of integrated economic rights, centering on the rights of dominanceand claim;The forth part is the continuation of the third part, trying to build aright system of limited economic tights, centering on the usufructs andsecurity interests of the work;The fifth part is a summarization of the third and forth parts, includinga chart of the right system described in the third and forth parts and several suggestions on the China’s present copyright legislation;The final part is the conclusion, ending the whole article.
