With the extensive application of information technology, computer network technology, etc.Network economy has become an important driving force to promote China’s economic development,which has attracted wide attention. As the organic part of market economy, network economy hasbecome the focus of the current legal research and law enforcement practice.Part I: monopolies mechanism under network economy. This part first defines the connotation ofthe network economy, which is industry clusters to provide information network infrastructure andtechnology service and the industrial aggregation based on the Internet. And then concrete analysismonopoly formation mechanism under network economy, the decreasing cost and increasing income ofoperator cause and promote network effect, consumers under network effect are locked with theinfluence of the network product standardization and compatibility requirements. The winner in thecompetition can use this advantage to expand the market share through the technology innovation,standard competition, consumers lock, and form monopoly position.Part II: the relevant market definition under network economy. First introduces the general theoryof the relevant market definition.
