Research On Deepening The State-owned Enterprise Party Construction In The New Period

Party building is one of the three magic weapons of the revolutionaryvictory, made great achievements in political guarantee for China’smodernization. The party’s grassroots organizations is the basis ofparty-building work, is the starting point and goal of all the part’s work. Theparty’s grass-roots organizations is the base of party’s work and combat, isresponsible for direct contact with the masses, propaganda among the masses,organize the masses to unite the masses, is an important responsibility for theparty’s line, principles and policies to the grassroots; reforms, economicdevelopment and social stability must relies on grass-roots party organizationsfighting force and plays the role of members of the vanguard and exemplary;must make efforts to build the party’s grass-roots organizations, to relaxgrass-roots party organizations, but to weaken the role of grass-roots partyorganizations is wrong and harmful. As State-owned enterprises is the leadingforce in China’s economic development, the work of party building of thestate-owned enterprises will become an integral part of China’s grass-rootsparty-building work. In the new era, party organizations state-owned enterprisesactively deepen the work of party building, continually strengthen its cohesionand combat effectiveness, play a political role as the core of the party’s ability toobtain a remarkable achievement, at the same times, which face manychallenges, many new problems and new contradictions. This paper uses thetheoretical analysis, historical analysis, comparative analysis and other researchmethods, analyze of the status of party-building work of the state-ownedenterprises comprehensive and in-depth, as well as put forward suggestions todeepen the work of party building feasibility of state-owned enterprises.This article is divided into four parts: Introduction selects deepening thework of party building of the state-owned enterprises in the new era as thebackground and purpose of the research topic; the current domestic research andresearch ideas and research methods, and research priorities, difficulty andinnovation. The first part discusses some about the party-building work of the state-owned enterprises: connotation, objectives, theoretical basis andsignificance. The second section summarizes the achievements of the Partybuilding work of the state-owned enterprises and puts forward a number ofproblems in the corporate work of party building. The third part puts forward thesuggestions of deepening state-owned enterprises in the new era of partybuilding work, through the foregoing analysis of the work of party building thestatus quo of state-owned enterprises.
