In recent years, in our country people’s Government under the leadership of the rightcourse policy, China’s economic development make a spurt of progress, people’s demand alsoincreases increasingly, to meet the existing achievements, will make our country publicservice supply and our national public service demand contradictions between, affects ourcountry harmonious society construction. Especially the regional development is notbalanced, the gap between rich and poor and basic public services inequality and so on is theprominent problem.The17thNational Congress of the CPC further stressed that constructing harmonioussociety, realizing the equalization of basic public services, to become the time developmenttarget. There have great theoretical importance and practical significance if the aim ofequalizing public services can become true at present and its being realized is greatly neededby narrowing the develop in gap, alleviating social contradictions. To realize the equalizationof basic public services is an essential requirement for the construction of a harmonioussociety.This paper begins with the study of basic public service equalization based content, thenfocus on the analysis of our country at present in the equalization of basic public servicesstatus causes a lot of social problems and phenomena, then the discussion on the analysis ofsocial causes of unequal, and by some countries and the equalization of basic public servicesand effective experience, finally summarizes our country to realize the equalization of basicpublic services is the main way and series of measures,for promoting the developing of theconstruction of harmonious society in China.
