Research On Kazakhstan Nation-State Construction

The nation-state is present main form of the state, is also the main participants of international system. The nation-state problem is a complex issue involving many areas, almost all of the nation-state, especially the newly established nation-states are facing the problem of nation-state construction. In this paper, in this specific case of Kazakhstan to explore the problem about construction of nation-state.Firstly this article describes Kazakhstan’s geography and tribal, which determin to the space of constructing the nation-state and the subject of practice and longitudinal analysis of the developing situation of Kazakhstan during Tsar of Russia and the Soviet period. This is Kazakhstan’basis to construct the nation-state. Secondly, the establishment of "national sovereignty", a brief description of Kazakhstan from the chaotic situation in the pre-independence to post-independence the gradual orderly process of political, economic and other aspects, and Kazakhstan based on the international community to implement multi-balance of practical foreign policy. The next articles depthly discusses of the main challenges to establish a nation-state in Kazakhstan, including Ha Russia Ethnic Relationship, the San yuci relationship and central-local relationship, these issues are the core issue about whether Kazakhstan establish successfully nation-state. Furthermore, the author attempts to analyze the problem from Kazakhstan extended to the construction of nation-states in general, Finer’s national definition as basis, this part of the following issues: why should there be a nation-state, the nation-state the plight of recognition and the nation-state finally form, namely the establishment of civil rights. Finally, from the analysis of the linear view of history,"universal" originated in the Western European nation-state discourse be called into question.
