Empirical Research On Left Hand Disguised Handwriting Examination

Nowadays, with the development of constructing handwriting examinationprofessionally and technically, it also faces the increase of the difficulties ininspecting cases. In criminal, civil and economic activities, some people deliberatelydistort their own characteristics of handwriting in attempt to avoid exposing its realhandwriting for the purpose of hiding themselves from law responsibility. And in allthe means of disguise, the complexity of the formation mechanism of left handwriting undoubtly makes more requests for examination activities. With the currentsocial transformation and the deepening of economic development, the cases relatedwith disguise of left hand writing have extended from traditional criminal fields, e.g.slogan, flyers to civil, economic disputes such as contract, agreement. Obviously, theresearch on formation mechanism of left hand writing and change rules ofcharacteristics has strong theoretical and practical value. As one of the difficulties inpresent document examination, left hand writing examination has significant value inidentifying certain person. The related problems need to be discussedcomprehensively and systematically under the premise of analyzing scientificprinciple and statistics. This paper is divided into four chapters. From the gathering and analysis of lefthand writing examination principle, more than one hundred experimental sampleshave been inspected and analyzed with the method of statistics. The papersummarizes the characteristics and stability of handwriting and compares the left handwriting with other similar handwritings. On this basis, the paper expounds the key ofleft hand writing examination and analyzes the real cases for further demonstration.The first chapter is to gather and analyze the principle of left hand writing includingphysiological mechanism of left hand writing, different formation of left and righthand writing and the feasibility of left hand writing examination. Through thediscussion, the paper provides the theoretical basis for identifying left hand writing.The second chapter is the empirical analysis of left hand writing characteristics. Onthe basis of clarifying the purpose of the experiment, the paper clears the steps andprocess of left hand writing examination experiment and analyzes the characteristicsof the handwritings to certain the same characteristics in different left hand writingand the changes in the left and right hand writing of one person.The third chapter is to compare the disguise left hand writing with other similarhandwritings such as the handwritings of left handed person and old man to find thedifferent characteristics of different handwritings to provide the guidelines for theexaminations.The fourth chapter is the most important one in the whole paper. With theformation mechanism of left hand writing and the research results from theexperimental analysis, the paper puts forward the method of identifying thecharacteristics of left hand writings accurately and clarifies some problems whichshould be paid attention to in the practices. At last, the paper demonstrates the keys ofidentification by the application of the real cases.
