Countermeasures Research On Contemporary Chinese Appointment System Cadre Selection Democratization

Promoting the democratization of cadre selection is the important direction ofChinese cadre selection system reform, and also the core content of perfectingChinese current cadre system.Appointment system is the main way of selecting andappointing Chinese cadres in the contemporary, It has many advantages, such assimple and efficient, reflecting a high degree of unity in doing things and employpersons,and to ensure the stability of cadres,but there are a series of difficulties in ademocratic participation, democratic decision-making, democratic supervision andother specific practice.In the background, countermeasures research on how toimprove contemporary Chinese Appointment System cadre selection anddemocratization is not only has the certain academic value, but also has veryimportant practical significance.According to the logic of writing structure, this paper can be roughly classifiedinto three parts.The first part, this paper defines the main research object-the specificlimits of Appointment System cadres,namely the leading personnel of the rank ofparty and government organs at all levels above county levels and below viceprovince or ministry, which is outside Selection System and Engagement System.Thesecond part, this paper analyses the forms of the Appointment System cadre selectionand democratization, that is the democratic system, the investigation of therecommended democratic system,democratic decision-making system and democraticsupervision system. Meanwhile, the second part of this article also discusses thedifferent preferences between the Appointment System cadre selection anddemocratization and Selection System cadre selection and democratization in theapplicable objects, the democratization path, the spiritual core, which are the premiseand the key in the topic selection of this paper.The second part of this article aresupplemented by the typical case with this case analysis, summarizes theachievements of the current Chinese Appointment System cadre selection anddemocratization and the practical significance of promoteing Appointment System cadre selection and democratization.
