A Study Of Basic Level Organization Problems Of Revolutionary Committee Of Chinese Kuomintang In Jinan City

In1979, A working team of Revolutionary Committee of Chinese Kuomintang (RCOCK) had established in Jinan city. After that, the Jinan branch of RCOCK has grown rapidly&got great achievements at self-construction, leading group’s construction, organization development, grass-roots organizations construction&other aspects, with the development of the multi-party cooperation in China. However, there are some problems had occurred within the practice process of Jinan Branch of RCOCK. These problems may become barriers for the development of RCOCK Jinan Branch. Thus, for enhancing the performance efficiency of basic level organizations, the management efficiency of city level organization&the support effectiveness from Communist Party of China&United Front Work Department, adequate attention should be paied on the construction and the research for grass-roots organizations.At first, Chapter one is the introduction part. The significance of selected topic, the research framework&study methods had been explained, and the general information about RCOCK Jinan Branch. At chapter two, the developing process of grass-roots organizations of RCOCK Jinan Branch also has been reviewed in this part. At chapter three, that is the current situation and major problem of basic level organizations of RCOCK Jinan Branch. In this study, the grass-roots organizations of RCOCK Jinan Branch and leader have been taken as research sample. The situation of basic level organizations of RCOCK Jinan Branch also has been investigated carefully. Afterwards, with the in-depth research and analysis around the basic level organization and present situation of members, The problems of self construction, normalization of organization development&enriching activities for basic level organizations and effects of these method particle had been analyzed. Such as the weak political consciousness among the members in the group, and the weak leadership among the leading group in the self construction, etc. That had quality problems of the developing members, party characteristics became weaker, etc. That had the single form and insufficient vitality in the enriching activities for basic level organizations, etc. At chapter four, proposed the countermeasures of strengthening the organizational building for the grass-roots organizations of RCOCK Jinan Branch. At first, RCOCK Jinan Branch had proposed the main countermeasures of the organizational building for the grass-roots organizations:Innovated the carrier for propaganda and beginning a theme to teach mobile enhanced the ideological constructions for the grass-roots organizations. Strengthen procedure, standard and system of organization development. Developed colorful activities of the basic level organization, for example, developed the year thematic characteristic activities, enhanced cultural construction, etc. After that, exploring solutions for resolving those problems and enhancing basic level organization construction have been provided. For example, hands political change as the main line, strengthens thought construction of basic level organization, the Jinan branch of RCOCK plays a instruction management supervision role, developed colorful activities of the basic level organization by creating web branch and helping with written guarantee, etc.
