As the sustainable development of traffic, communication technology and the sports brokerage industry, the basketball players’ international transfer becomes more and more frequent. So the relationships, between players、agents and clubs becomes more complex. FIBA, in May2007, established an independent arbitral tribunal (FAT for short) which was renamed to BAT——for the simple, quick and inexpensive resolution of the disputes arising from the contract. This paper introduces the systems of BAT from the following parts. Part one:the development of BAT, proceedings of its work, cost burden, time limits and so on. In the part two, I introduce the jurisdiction of BAT from three aspects:first, the conditions for BAT to exercise its jurisdiction; second, the analysis of jurisdiction conflict; last, the effect of national reserve in some clauses to jurisdiction. In the part three, the applicable law, among this part, I introduce the most useable principle——Ex Aequo et Bono, which makes the arbitration more flexible.
