The Research Or Openness In Gevernment Affairs In Bincheng Of Binzhou City

Openness in government affairs, as a conversion of the governance mode, is an important world trend of administrative development and the essential requirement of democratic development. At present, the openness government affairs have become the focus of the community. It is also an important topic in academic circles. For the transition period of China, it not only meets the needs of democratic construction, but also becomes a necessary means to improve the socialist market economic system. Then, the author considered some questions of the present about the topic, such as construction of system, main contents and forms, construction of information platform, and so on. The fourth part is the problems and the causes of the problems about openness in government affairs in Bincheng of Binzhou city, including defects of ideology, imperfect institutions and mechanisms, practical obstacles to its implementation, etc. The fifth part is the countermeasures of openness in government affairs in the region. Here are five of the following measures:strengthen propaganda and education and guidance, accelerate the building of the legal system, intensify system innovation, strengthen the supervision, and evaluation system, enhance the development of e-govermment.
