NPO’s Participation On Urban And Rural Integration Aged Care Service

21century is the era of aging, which is the most important national condition of China that requires placing the acceleration of the construction of the aged care service a prominent position on national economy and social development. At present, the aged care service of country is more severe than that of city, which decides the necessity of urban and rural integration. In recent years, NPO develops rapidly and its social security function features prominently, which has unique advantage and should make a difference in the area of the aged care service.On the basis of ineffectiveness of government’s support, unbalance of the aged care service in urban and rural area, NPO’s pension service function and orientation of the aged care service in urban and rural area integration, the dissertation will discuss aged care service in urban-rural integration from the angle of NPO’s participation. First, define basic concept of the research object, then demonstrate the theoretical basis about NPO’s participation in aged care service under urban-rural integration. Second, try to construct NPO’s participation framework in aged care service under urban-rural integration, including participation subject, participation content and participation pattern. Then, through literature conclusion and differences comparative research, separately assess on NPO’s participation in the aged care service in urban and rural area and analyze participation dilemma and reason. At last, combine pension service in urban and rural areas, take NPO’s participation ability as the starting point, and put forward the countermeasure of promoting NPO’s participation in the aged care service under urban-rural integration from the perspective of participation idea, participation scale, participation ability, participation connotation, participation pattern and participation security mechanism.
