The Research On The Change Of Clean Government Institutions In China

In consideration of the situation of our clean government regulations and the grim situation of anti-corruption. The essay intends to argue our clean government regulations and its performance, from the perspective of institutional changes in this system, with the purpose of seeking more reasonable and effective institutional arrangements, and honest system innovation. Based on the theory of institutional change,the essay has unique and profound theoretical contributions which guide China’s anti-corruption has important theoretical and practical significance. Theoretically, this article attempts to bring the concept of institutional change into the field of honest system for future research, which provides clean system new research perspectives. Practically, it provides new ideas on the balance of the system for supply and demand in China’s clean government regulations. This is divided into six parts, including a conclusion. The fifth chapter is the core part. This chapter basically analysis the change of our clean government regulations and its performance, including economic performance and social performance. The sixth chapter talks about the problems of institutional change and how to solve the problems. The methods to solve the problems are attaching importance to the role of informal institution, promoting the formal system perfect and innovation and so on.Honest system as a complex system, should pays attention to the coordination to the informal institution, formal system, performing mechanism. In this way can we improve the performance of honest system.
