E-Government Project Quality Management Research

Government to carry out the construction of e-government is to establish a fair, open and efficient government the necessary means, the project construction and management of e-government is one of the ways to promote e-government development, is one of the most important work in the twenty-first century government information technology.E-government construction is a complex and long-term and systematic project involving the internal management and external services of the government, the need to work closely with the Government’s internal affairs management integration, but also need to work closely on the government’s social management and service functions. Quality management is crucial to the success of e-government projects; but still relatively unfamiliar with the areas of quality management for e-government projects for government managers, much less than the requirements of the project quality management norms and standards.The main contents include:reference to domestic and international e-government construction and results on the basis of the characteristics of the e-government projects, the current problem of the analysis of e-government project, the key elements of e-government project quality management, analysis and management quality management strategies and tactics, trying to implementation of all aspects of project quality management through research projects, determine project quality management in all aspects of the implementation of content, highlight the e-government projects the whole process of quality management concepts and methods, governments at all levels work staff to provide help and support in the implementation of the quality management of e-government projects.This paper focuses on description of the elements of the whole process of e-government projects, quality management elements and measures implemented since2002by the Government of the Xicheng District, Beijing online approval project case for the actual analysis, the feasibility and necessity of the whole process of the demonstration project quality management.
