Volunteer Service Legislation In China

At present, voluntary service activities are almost indispensable part of every civilized society. Despite the research and development of voluntary service activities in China is still in its infancy, but our volunteer service legislation is both profoundly real social basis, and wide use of social prospects. At present, China has30provinces, cities have worked out the local laws and regulations of the volunteer service, conditions are ripe for the harmonization of legislation at the national level voluntary, service legislation also need to speed up the pace. The major difficulties of this stage of volunteer service legislation: First, the positioning of the volunteer service laws and regulations are still very controversial, and second, related laws and regulations of convergence is very difficult.
