Diversified civil dispute resolution mechanism is a new model of resolving disputes, which emphasizes the way of dispute resolution is not only diverse but should pay more attention to the relationship between the litigation and conciliation, to make it to be a dynamic dispute resolution system. The creative of docking litigation and conciliation, which realize the relationship of interactive between the lawsuit dispute resolution mechanisms and mediation dispute resolution mechanisms also open a door into the development of the diversified civil dispute resolution mechanism. Taiwan area has accumulated a large number of legislation and practice experience in docking litigation and conciliation, and also achieved good social effect. It gives more convenient to people also plays an important role in reducing the cases and subsiding conflicts.In the view of the docking litigation and conciliation mode plays an important role in diversified civil dispute resolution mechanism, in recent years the mainland of China has been made a beneficial attempt in constructing the docking litigation and conciliation mode, although effective but not obvious. This paper base on the research of Taiwan’s docking litigation and conciliation mode, start from the basic structure of the docking litigation and conciliation mode, then draw the outline of the docking litigation and conciliation mode’s historical process, focuses on the operation modes. Through comparing with the mainland of China to analysis the advantages and disadvantages in constructing the docking litigation and conciliation mode, and points out the inspiration to consummate the docking litigation and conciliation mode.
