Yan’an Rectification which began in1942has important significance in thehistory of the Chinese Communist Party. When it comes to the rectificationmovement, people’s concerns are always in Yan’an-the CPC CentralCommittee resident. In fact, the central committee of the communist partyagencies and all anti-Japanese base areas were also on the RectificationMovement. The researches about the Northern Bureau’s rectification can notonly find out basic historical facts, but also know how to implement the policyof the central committee of the communist party at microcosmic level. It hassome practical significance.This article mainly includes five parts.As the introduction of the article, the first part describes the significance ofthis article, current situation, materials and research method.The second part is the analysis of the historical background of theNorthern Bureau of the rectification. It can be divided into two parts. Firstly, itanalyzes the Northern Bureau’s Organization History and the State of mindbefore the rectification. Secondly, it analyzes the background of the NorthernBureau of the rectification by Yan’an Rectification of the central level.The third part is to analyze the basic process of the Northern Bureau of theRectification Movement. According to the Northern Bureau of the rectificationprocess，it can be divided into three stages. The first is the initial launch stage.The second is the depth development stage. Finally, it is the Summing uphistorical experience stage.The fourth part discusses the review of cadres movement in therectification of the Northern Bureau. It can be divided into three parts. First ofall, it introduces the setbacks in the anti-espionage work before theRectification Movement. Next, it describes the process of the review of cadres movement and "Left" errors in the review of cadres movement. Last but notleast, it reviews the work on redress unjust, false and wrong cases.On the basis of the previous, the last part summarizes the characteristics,influence and the problems of the Northern Bureau’s rectification.In this paper, the object of study is the rectification campaign of theNorthern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. Through the analysis of thematerial, it is trying to show how to carry out rectification in the NorthernBureau and the anti-Japanese base areas. It also discusses how to implement thepolicy of the central committee of the communist party.
