With the deterioration of the environment, environmental issues more and more tobe on the agenda, but the green patent technology dissemination and promotion is one ofimportant part,But for the moment,especially the developing countries are still facing alot of environmental pollution and destruction, the green patented technology system ofcompulsory licensing is still not widely applied. This makes us wonder if there is apossibility for the green patented technology system of compulsory licensing with theintentions of protecting environment to exist and implementation and what kind ofimprovements should take to promote the implementing effects.
