With the popularity of the motor vehicle, vehicle road trafficaccidents occur frequently, and vehicle road traffic accidents become acommon kind of infringement type. In all types of vehicle road trafficaccidents, the traffic accidents between motor vehicles and pedestriansare worth to be researched. And this research has theoretical and practicalmeaning. Because of the great loss and a great disparity between the twoparties in the traffic accidents between motor vehicles and pedestrians.Therefore, the article only discusses the imputation principle in the trafficaccidents between motor vehicles and pedestrians.This article is divided into four sections, introduction; Chapter1, thegeneral introduction of imputation principle of the responsbility in trafficaccidents and the problem; Chapter2, the analyze of the imputationprinciple of the liability for damages in traffic accidents between motorvehicles and pedestrians in the field of comparative law; Chapter3, the responsibility identification in the traffic accidents between motorvehicles and pedestrians; Chapter4, the fault and responsibilityidentification.In Chapter1, the problem is raised on the base of investigation ofcases.In Chapter2, the comparative research is made with the intruductionof the foreign stipulations.In Chapter3, the rules about the traffic accidents between motorvehicles and pedestrians are listed,then the research to the imputationprinciple in the Article76of The Road Traffic Safety Law is followed.In Chapter4, the effects of pedestrians’ defaults to defaultsidentification are studied by analyze three factor including thebehavioural capacity, personal injury and Property damage.
