China as a traditional agricultural country, has a brilliant agricultural civilization hasa unique advantage in the geographical indications of agricultural products, the formationof many of the characteristics of the world-famous quality products, resulting in thequality of agricultural products is generally not high, but due to the lack of a good legaltradition, the lack ofinternational competitiveness. Therefore, how to improve and perfectour agricultural geographical indications legal protection has a very large theoretical andpractical significance. Analyzed on the basis of the basic theory of the geographicalindications of agricultural products on the world of geographical indications ofagricultural products protected mode and geographical indications of agricultural productsin China the status quo and make recommendations on the improvement in China hope forChina’s agricultural geography contribute to the flag legislation and administrative work.The article is divided into five parts.
