The development of science and technology all over the world becomes fast since the Industrial Revolution began in1760s.As "the science and technology is the’No.1productive force’", people’s life changed a lot, and this change is sharp. The principle of "sustainable development" takes "intergenerational justice" in the concept of’legal justice’, which affected the study of jurisprudence and had an influence on other legal disciplines. Besides, the phenomenon of environmental pollution contains the legal relations which inspect and impact the existing law disciplines and theories of these law disciplines, just like the issue would be discussed by this essay-"Ascertain and Liability of Tort Act of Multi-tortfeasors in Field of Environmental Pollution".There are3chapters in this essay.
