In a Market Environment the transnationalcorporations have a bigger scale of production than the other company. They bringeconomic interests, at the same time, they also bring a lot of problems, environmentalproblem is one of the most important parts. It’s a pity that the transnational corporationsdon’t pay more attention on it. Driven by the economic profit, the transnationalcorporations choose to transfer pollution. The transnational corporations take thedeveloping countries which has low standard and poor law enforcement as a ‘pollutionheaven’, and to grab the nature resources, which causes irreparable loss to host country.Therefore, it’s very important to study the environmental responsibility, to prevent theenvironmental damage, and to keep sustainable development.Environmental Responsibilities of Transnational Corporations is a part of thecommunity responsibility, it attract many scholar to study.
