Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right is the works on philosophy of law, whichis unfinished by Marx in his early time. When Marx is in Kroszner Hector, he readsmany books about history, politics and law, and he makes thorough analysis ofHegel’s and Feuerbach’s works. At the time of working in Rheinische Zeitung, he isencountered with certain realistic problems. All these readings and these problemscontribute a lot to the works, Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right. In the book,Marx expresses his divergence from Hegel’s world view, his doubt and his critique onHegel’s State Theory. Therefore, this one plays such a significant part in Marx’ legalphilosophical thought that it is regarded as the source of legal philosophical reform,and is also as the logical starting point of Marx’ legal philosophical view. Afteranalyzing the famous works, the author of this paper attempts to find out Marx’philosophical significance both in theory and in reality. There are four parts in thepaper.In the first part, the author mainly explores the cause and the theory attributedto Marx’ critique on Hegel’s philosophy of law.In the second part, the author describes the contents of Critique of Hegel’sPhilosophy of Right.It is discussed as followed. Initially, Marx criticizes Hegel’s viewof relationship between civil society and the State. Next,Marx criticizes therelationship between the State and private property. Finally, Marx criticizesconstitutional monarchy, which is expounded through his criticism of Hegel’skingship theory.In the third part, the author analyses how the introduction makes the worksfurther demonstrate itself. In the introduction, Marx scientifically interprets thedifference between human emancipation and political liberation.In the fourth part, the author indicates the works’ theoretical and realisticsignificance. Through further analysis of Marx’s philosophical view, the authorattempts to seek advice in observing and resolving problems.
