Industrial Revolution and Technological Revolution brought great influence to the society, promoting its progress.Especially after the middle of the20th century,many countries developped large-scale exploration in the fields of industry,out space,sea bed,etc. Ecology has been seriously damaged,becoming a serious impediment to global sustainable development.Environmental protection has become a global concern.Protecting natural ecosystems and emphasis on species diversity is an important aspect of it.Wildlife resources are an important part of the natural ecosystem,playing a huge role on human society.Due to wildlife resources’ characteristics, and the nature of human’s economic interests and ignoring on the instinct of the laws of nature,destruction of wildlife resources of crime becomes relatively large number of resource crime.Criminal legislation to protect animal resources has become the common understanding of the international community,compared with some developed countries,Chinese laws has a weak foundation,improvement is needed. This article is divided into four parts.The first part overviewed destruction of wildlife resources of crime briefly and explained several related definitions.The second part includes two views,mainly makes distinctions on legislative values and the scope of legislation between China and Russia,described the cause of the similarities and differences between the two countries, ultimately,obtained draw conclusions.The third part compared from the point of crime constitution and criminal responsibility between China and Russia.And at last,obtained draw conclusions. The fourth part is the main body of this article.This section based on the current situation of China,and learned from Russian criminal legislation,finally,proposed six suggestions to perfect Chinese relevant legislation.
