Project Research On Dispatch And Command System For Marine Fire Control In Dalian

The communication commanding system of marine fire control is of prime importance for fire control brigade at sea. therefore the design of the system has to cover practicality, safety as well as reliability. As an initial domestic system, there are neither criteria nor ready experiences for the design to rely upon. Thus the achievement of the the design has been derived from both119communication commanding system on land and traffic management system at sea.The following items are depicted in the article:1.the layout of the commanding headquarters for fire control at sea;2.functions of alarm and picking and alarm reciept at sea;3.coordinating and commanding functions at sea;4.cable communication at sea;5.wireless communication at sea;6.remote communication between sea and land;7.pre-arranged planning management;8.electronic map and electronic sea chart;9.the auxilary decision-making function;10. image synthetic display on large screens;11.the auxilary function of system security and routine office work.The author has been engaging in the field of fire control for ages. Thus the article focuses on practice instead of theory and all statements and explanations center on functions of the design.In addition, the system design has been listed on schedule along with the promotion of fire-control infrastructure at sea. It is my sincere hope that the article becomes useful reference and guidance in the system construction.
